Do you have an innovative idea to improve honey bee nutrition? There’s still time to send your idea in for a chance to win up to $40,000 in prize money in the 2017 Bee Nutrition Challenge: An Innovation Award.

Your idea might be a research project, plans for a new product or diet, or a new system of honey bee feeding no one has ever thought of before. Maybe there’s a honey bee take-out service just waiting to be invented.

The competition, which is accepting submissions through October 6, is gathering the best ideas to improve our understanding of honey bee nutrition and ensure these industrious pollinators can continue to support modern agriculture and food production.
